The EZP Tax Credit is designed to complement and supplement the Department’s Enterprise Zone Program. Tax credits are authorized in the amount of 25% of funds invested, up to a maximum of $500,000. An enterprise zone is a specific location with identifiable boundaries within a Distressed Area that is designated by the Secretary as an Enterprise Zone. These tax credits are very competitive with only $9 million available for the NAP and NAP-EZP programs.
Applications are reviewed twice a year
